摘要: Chitinase and lysozyme activities were stimulated by treating with chitin, chitosan, or derivatives in a culture of plant animal cells. (1) activity was about 1.5 times chitin chitosan the calluses rice, cabbage leaves soybean. (2) Two chitinase isozymes detected untreated rice callus, an additional isozyme callus treated o-carboxymethylchitin. (3) Radish seed 1.3 coating low-molecularchitosan (d.p. 20) chitosan-oligosaccharides 2–9) at growing stage germination. (4) Extracellular chitin-oligosaccharides 7,8) chicken embryo fibroblast (5) Serum enhanced intravenous injection 2–9). A mechanism for induction cells proposed, its ecological significance discussed, some applications field biotechnology described.
