摘要: Practical implementation of the Smart city concept is based on heavy use so-called “soft” domains characterizing formation comfortable urban socio-communicative environment and “hard” providing operation diverse community services, provision appropriate services by means modern information technologies. The analysis numerous publications provides a strong evidence that at present there are no systematic information-technological developments concerning processes support in social communication resource networks cities.
