摘要: It is evident from eclipse photographs that gas-magnetic field interactions are important in determining the structure and dynamical properties of solar corona interplanetary medium. Close to Sun regions strong field, coronal gas can be contained within closed loop structures. However, since these decreases outward rapidly, pressure inertial forces wind eventually dominate distend into space. The complete geometrical state determined by a complex interplay inertial, pressure, gravitational, magnetic forces. present paper oriented toward understanding this interaction. ‘helmet’ streamer type configuration with its associated neutral point sheet currents central importance problem is, therefore, considered some detail.
