摘要: Abstract A series of novel N,N-dialkyl-2-amino-3-cyanoisonicotinamides were synthesized in good to high yields (61–84%) via the reaction 2-(5-aryl-2-oxo-1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ylidene)malononitriles and amines according ANRORC process. The developed approach represents a method for synthesis functionalized nicotinonitriles.
