摘要: Colorectal liver metastases have aroused ever increasing interest over the past 30 years. This is due to a number of factors. Firstly, better understanding surgical anatomy and limits hepatic resection, accompanied by anaesthetic postoperative support, has enabled far more extensive procedures be undertaken with decreasing morbidity mortality. Secondly, new cytotoxic drugs become available been given variety routes both alone as multiple regimens. Finally, technological advances in diagnostic modalities drug-delivery mechanisms earlier diagnosis implementation sophisticated treatments.
