摘要: An improved processing system (10) for video signal processing. The uses only one newer version scan-line processor (12) at nearly maximum efficiency, with a digital input that is common rate. performs motion detection, adaptive scan conversion, horizontal and vertical scaling applies sharpness control within limited amount of instruction space, these functions to four different formats.
