摘要: Pre-concentration methods are essential for detecting low concentrations of influenza virus in biological samples from patients. Here, we describe a new method draining buffer solution the reservoir microfluidic device to increase concentration reservoir. Viruses were captured by an ion depletion barrier connected selective channels. 75 μl was successfully drained 100 sample, resulting 4-fold hemagglutinin The volume final concentrated sample suitable detection enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, demonstrating usefulness developed platform enhanced sensitivity conventional analysis.
