摘要: Experimental deep venous thrombi were produced in the untraumatised leg veins of anaesthetised dogs. In place trauma, endothelium lining valve pockets femoral was damaged by hypoxaemia, and then intermittently re-perfused with oxygenated blood. Histologically, experimental resembled human pocket found at postmortem.
