摘要: Thirty-four isolates of the eight most common Fusarium species isolated from Norwegian cereals; F. avenaceum, culmorum, equiseti, graminearum, poae, sporotrichioides, torulosum and tricinctum were studied for their cytotoxicity ability to produce mycotoxins. The strains cultivated on rice, analysed trichothecenes (all species), zearalenone fusarochromanone (F. equiseti), wortmannin torulosum), moniliformin enniatins torulosum). extracts examined with an (in vitro) MTT-cell culture assay. All graminearum five seven culmorum belonged chemotype IA, producing deoxynivalenol 3-acetyl-deoxynivalenol, while two other nivalenol producers (chemotype II). equiseti one poae produced both type A B trichothecenes, relatively large quantities detected in cultures. showed significant cytotoxicity, but a variation between species, also within each species. sporotrichioides highest average cytotoxicity.
