摘要: Background: Labour induction is one of the most common medical procedures in obstetrics. The aim to end pregnancy when continuity a risk mother or fetus. Its main side effect increase cesarean rate, compared spontaneous onset deliveries. On other hand, mortality and morbidity cesareans are higher. pharmacological drugs used for prostaglandins: dinoprostone misoprostol. “gold standard” labour vaginal oral route also effective has several benefits like faster easear administration. In recent years publications state that administration misoprostol solution, given doses gradually, associated with lower hyperstimulation rate than cases where been pregnant women unripe cervix. Furthermore, being its half life shorter, it may be very useful case uterine and, probably, high percentage prefer this one. objective study compare efficacy, safety effects on fetus use versus prolonged gestation (41 weeks) premature rupture membranes, both live Methods/Design: Design: double blind controlled trial. Study population: Pregnant whose will induced due membranes gestation. Inclusion Criteria: 1) Bishop Test equal less 7; 2) Single pregnancy; 3) Pregnancy at term (37 - 42 weeks); 4) No history surgery; 5) Cephalic presentation; 6) Live fetus; 7) prostaglandins contraindications. Discussion: Nowadays rates high, ranging from 25% 30% approximately. these caesarean higher delivery starts spontaneously. That reasons why caesareans have increased, mainly nuliparous immature If we can prove hypothetical good results obtained through dosed misoprotol, able reduce number deliveries by cesarean, so improve levels security foetus, as consequence, provide quality attention newborn mother.
