摘要: Abstract Circular dichroism (CD) and circular polarized luminescence (CPL) are useful for various applications. However, it is difficult to achieve excellent CD CPL in differently polar solvents simultaneously. This work provides a simple but efficient way construct violet-blue fluorescent water-soluble chromophore through the construction of rigid conformation alkyne architecture. By introducing proline pendants into architecture, exhibits reasonable properties lowly highly solvents. More importantly, even water, displays effective anisotropy factor (g abs  ∼ 1 × 10 −3 ) dissymmetry lum  ∼ 2 × 10 ), as well high fluorescence quantum yield (Φ up 35%). Additionally, large two-photon according theoretically calculated results. The chiroptical from organic fluorophore enables its future applications miniatured optoelectronic devices CPL-based bioimaging.
