UV Degradation and Recovery of Perovskite Solar Cells

摘要: Although the power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has increased from 3.81% to 22.1% in just 7 years, they still suffer stability issues, as degrade upon exposure moisture, UV light, heat, and bias voltage. We herein examined degradation presence light alone. The were exposed 365 nm for over 1,000 h under inert gas at <0.5 ppm humidity without encapsulation. 1-sun illumination after resulted recovery fill factor efficiency. Furthermore, during consecutive diminished short circuit current density (Jsc) EQE continuously restored. soaking induced is considered be caused by resolving stacked charges defect state neutralization. Jsc bounce-back phenomenon attributed beneficial effects PbI2 which generated decomposition material.
