摘要: From a retrospective analysis of 22 cases pancreatic insulinoma operated in our center, we have determined the predictive value various pre- and intraoperative localization procedures. In 18 patients, solitary insulinomas were localized by selective arteriography (SA) 55.5% cases, transhepatic catheterization with venous sampling (THVS) 64% but ultrasonography (US) computed tomography (CT) only 11% cases.
