摘要: Anatomical and electrophysiological techniques were used to examine differences in the level of sensory nerve terminals localized parasympathetic ganglia guinea pig trachea bronchus. We quantified substance-P-immunoreactive terminal profiles within amplitude capsaicin-sensitive depolarization (slow excitatory postsynaptic potential or sEPSP) evoked by vagus (bronchial) recurrent (tracheal) nerve-stimulation. Substance-P-immunoreactive axon per intrinsic tracheal neuron fewer number than bronchial ganglion neuron. The average duration sEPSPs similar neurons. Furthermore, capsaicin a nearly equal reduced both areas selective neurokinin-3 receptor antagonist, SR142801. These results demonstrate that although fibers are significantly less those bronchus, this did not translate an obvious physiological difference sEPSP amplitude.
