摘要: Our bodies are continuously exposed to various types of infectious pathogens. Vaccinations the most cost effective way protect our against a variety microbes. The efficacy vaccines relies on protective antibody production and generation memory B cells. These two key components develop mostly from cells that participate in germinal center reactions. Recent efforts have highlighted critical role follicular helper CD4 T (Tfh) centers. Given Bcl6 is major transcription factor for Tfh differentiation, here we review recent developments understanding signaling molecules regulate expression cells, as potential target development more efficacious vaccines.
