摘要: Chaperones are phylogeneticaliy conserved proteins involved in the proper folding of nascent and repair damaged or misfolded proteins. They ubiquitously expressed have been shown to play important roles many cellular processes addition protein synthesis folding. for intracellular transport, membrane translocation cytoprotection against environmental physiological insults. Their decrease expression during aging could account numerous features senescence. As chaperone activity, we focus here on heat shock (Hsp), a major class chaperones, their involvement process.
