摘要: Despite the development of various technologies and systems using artificial intelligence (AI) to solve problems related disasters, difficult challenges are still being encountered. Data foundation solving diverse disaster AI, big data analysis, so on. Therefore, we must focus on these data. Disaster depend domain by type include heterogeneous lack interoperability. In particular, in case open there several issues, where source format different because collected organizations. Moreover, vocabularies used for each inconsistent. This study proposes a knowledge graph resolve heterogeneity among provide interoperability domains. Among domains, describe flooding disasters Korean datasets cross-domain graphs. Furthermore, proposed is assist, solve, manage problems.
