摘要: The pharmacokinetic parameters of Glucantime ® was studied after alone administration and in combination with gentamicine, to determine the effect aminoglucoside on plasmatic concentrations metal. Four injected dogs were used unique daily dose -1 , respectively). blood samples collected 0.25, 0.75, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0, 12.0 24.0 hours post-treatment. Determination antimony carried out using atomic absorption spectrometer. results demonstrated that modifies depuration metal their sanguine decline resulted concentration minors. pharmacokinetics evaluated only ClB showed a statistically significant difference (0.353 ± 0.110 0.733 0.33 mL h-1kg ) suggesting minor tisular persistence when administered together gentamicine. It is important recognize future if gentamicine interferes analysis o viceversa. B
