摘要: This specification discloses an associative or functional memory in which storage cells with more than four states are employed to perform logic functions. These multi-state can be actually a single cell plurality of bistable quadrastable cells. They addressed through their bit lines by decoder for decoding two data bits and sensed on word match detectors determining whether not there is condition.
