摘要: Abstract We examine the excitation properties of spherical nuclei in Random Phase Approximation using Green's function method. The calculations are done with interactions Skyrme type for from 16 O to 208 Pb. Different can have same predictions ground state Hartree-Fock properties, but give quite different dynamic response. Our favor a mild velocity-dependence interaction, such as given by I. level agreement empirical is follows: energies low-lying states, ≈25%; positions giant resonances, ≈10%; transition rates low factor 2 typical. Inelastic scattering electrons reasonably accounted model, nucleon inelastic has difficulties noncollective strength.
