摘要: An a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system using human body communication includes first electrode pad receiving signal of reader transmitted through body, or outputting an output to the rectifier rectifying generate direct current (DC) voltage, power manager changing DC voltage into operation modulator/demodulator demodulating reader, modulating tag transfer modulated pad, digital controller performing read write in response demodulated by modulator/demodulator, and memory storing identification information according result controller.
