摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing protein which has restored native higher-order structure by bringing lost its into contact at pH 6.5 to 9.0 with 1 3% aqueous solution of specific surfactant, such as lauroylglutamic acid obtain solubilized the protein; and then adding buffer containing arginine or an derivative concentration 0.1 1.2 M lower acid, in obtained mixture down 0.02 0.275%. According invention, it is possible easily restore while smoothly removing surfactant from protein.
