摘要: BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) is one of the complications frequently observed after spinal or epidural anesthesia with dural penetration. For PDPH patients who do not respond to conservative medical treatment, alternative treatments such as bilateral occipital nerve block should be considered. In this study efficacy was retrospectively evaluated in post-dural headache. METHODS Ultrasound-guided administrated 21 developed anesthesia, but did treatment within 48 hours between January 2012 and February 2014. The conducted at Erzincan University Faculty Medicine Gazi Mengucek Education Research Hospital. RESULTS Mean Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain scores 10 minutes 6, 10, 15 24 were significantly improved compared a pre-block VAS score 4 6 well 7 9 (p<0.01). After 24 applied, dropped 1 for all 12 had 6. Whereas, decreased 2 only 9. 9, there no significant improvement mean block. CONCLUSIONS an ultrasound-guided may effective.
