摘要: A method for detecting target nucleic acids such as SNPs is provided. The comprises performing a ligase detection reaction (LDR), surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) on the LDR, and analyzing outcome of LDR using analysis and/or quantification SERS by an emitted signature. LDR-SERS can be used sensitive specific any acid sequence interest. microfluidic device also electrokinetically active microwells mixing concentrating analytes in which quantified. optofluidic chip format.
