摘要: Compositions and methods for enhancing delivery of molecules, e.g. biological agents, into cells are described. The composition is a conjugate the agent, preferably nucleic acid analog having substantially uncharged backbone, covalently linked to peptide transporter moiety as Conjugation analog, such morpholino oligomer, also shown enhance binding oligomer its target sequence antisense activity.
