摘要: Abstract Does job control act as a stress-buffer when employees’ type and level of work self-determination is taken into account? It was anticipated that would only be stress-buffering for employees high in self-determined low non-self-determined motivation. In contrast, stress-exacerbating who were Employees health insurance organization (N = 123) completed survey on perceptions role overload, control, self-determination, range strain engagement indicators. Results revealed that, individuals perceived they experienced greater (in the form dedication to their work). addition, non-self-determination demands, more complaints. A significant 3-way interaction demonstrated non-self-determination, had effect absorption stress-exacerbating. However, contrary expectations, those just useful stress-buffer. The practical applications these findings organizational context are discussed.
