摘要: Phospholipase A2 (PLA2) inhibitors suppressed simultaneously, in a dose-dependent manner, the activation of NADPH oxidase and release 3H-labelled arachidonic acid ([3H]AA) stimulated by either phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) or opsonized zymosan (OZ) human neutrophils. In spite total inhibition superoxide production presence PLA2 inhibitors, 10 microM bromophenacyl bromide (BPB) 20 quinacrine, maximal phosphorylation p47 translocation p67 to neutrophil membranes induced PMA OZ was observed. Addition free AA, which itself did not stimulate generation, restored activity neutrophils treated with inhibitors. These findings indicate that cytosolic factors are sufficient for generating superoxide; functional is also needed activity. The prevent p47, suggesting location downstream does activate protein kinase C.
