摘要: Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) for the treatment of painful peripheral neuropathy (PN) has been met with mixed results. It suggested that early-stage symptoms are sympathetically maintained (SMP) more likely to respond SCS, while progressive independent (SIP) will not. Peripheral nerve (PNS), however, successfully treated certain SIP presentations. With advent new selective root (SNRS) strategies, possibility utilizing epidural, neurostimulation was investigated in a patient endstage, diabetic, "dying back" SIP.
