摘要: Dynamic modulus is defined as the ratio of peak cyclic stress to strain under harmonic loading. It one most important properties asphalt mixtures, since it determines response characteristics a function loading rate and temperature. Different simplified models exist that can predict this variable from mixture composition binder rheological data, with Witczak Hirsh being widely accepted. These have been evaluated in present study, on basis 352 data points eight concrete mixtures were tested between −5 60 °C. A new model also formulated which improves predictions previous ones for Spanish even though relatively simple equation requires very limited compared Hirsch models.
