摘要: The world faces both near-term and potentially long-term shortfalls in funding for HIV/AIDS care treatment. We review the current environment, then discuss a range of opportunities to optimize spending on HIV/AIDS. These include (but are not limited to) more use specific technologies, such as fixed-dose combination drugs or new diagnostics, well investments that strengthen underlying health systems, expanding training enrollment providers. also examine potential cost impact these hypothetical country. Combined, approaches can reduce treatment while preserving some cases improving quality.
