摘要: Fluorometric TLC procedures are described for the determination of griseofulvin in human plasma and 6-demethylgriseofulvin urine. Griseofulvin is extracted from with ether, its metabolite, 6-demethylgriseofulvin, urine benzene. Both compounds subjected to on silica gel plates. The plates scanned using fluorescent mode a spectrodensitometer. For griseofulvin, quantitation limit 20 ng/ml recovery 100%; 1 μ/ml 96%. methods were used determine levels amount excreted volunteers after single oral dose griseofulvin.
