摘要: Online user feedback is principally used as an information source for evaluating customers' satisfaction a given goods, service or software application. The increasing attitude of people towards sharing comments through the social media making online resource containing different types valuable information. huge amount available has drawn attention researchers from fields. For instance, data mining techniques have been developed to enable extraction purposes, use involving users in innovation services and processes. Specifically, current research technological efforts are put into definition platforms gather and/or analyze multi-modal feedback. But we believe that understanding type concepts instantiated contained would be beneficial define new methods its better exploitation. In our research, focus on explicit can considered powerful means user-driven evolution applications. Up knowledge, conceptualization still missing. With purpose contributing fill up this gap propose ontology, founded foundational ontology proposed describe artifacts processes engineering. Our contribution paper concerns novel Unified Foundational Ontology (UFO) supports description analysis We together with evaluation quality, discuss some application scenarios.
