摘要: Exchange transfusion is a highly complex procedure that requires high levels of expertise. Trainee paediatricians do not have adequate training in exchange because opportunities to perform this practice are scarce. This protocol seeks compare two educational interventions for allow students develop competencies the technique an appropriate and safe way. randomized parallel single-blind clinical trial with allocation by simple randomization intervention (simulation or digital didactic environment). Students from paediatric specialization who volunteer participate will be included. A practical evaluation performed through simulated scenario using standardized case. The main outcome defined as result Objective Structured Clinical Examination; superior performance when percentage greater than equal 85%, non-superior less 84%. chi-square independence test Fisher exact used evaluate effect interventions. Multivariate analysis non-conditional logistic regression model. Stata 15® software used. expertise achieve outcomes. inclusion new strategies, such simulation environments, seen option can improve skills, reduce adverse events increase level trust.
