摘要: Three atypical cases of pulmonary malaria are presented and discussed. Radiologically, they were manifested by very subtle thickening interlobular septae or more overt interstitial edema pleural effusion. They all relatively mild cleared completely on antimalarial drugs. This is in contrast to most reported which severe fatal. resultant widening the clinical radiologic spectrum leads conclusion that such a complication likely common than previously recognized. The radiologist can suggest correct diagnosis being aware its many manifestations having high index suspicion.
