Pigmented Skin Models: Understand the Mechanisms of Melanocytes

摘要: Skin is composed of three layers: epidermis, dermis and hypodermis. The epidermis organized into five layers in which there are different cell types. most important type the keratinocytes constitute approximately 95 % total epider‐ mal cells. Melanocytes, Langerhans cells, Merkel cells inflammatory form remaining 5 [1]. Among these melanocytes, dendritic second epidermis. They have capacity to synthesize melanin, a skin pigment.
