摘要: The first Australian baby boomers are starting to retire. Consequently, it is essential develop and apply a strong evidence base facilitate their successful retirement ongoing wellbeing. This review focuses on recent literature pre-retirement identify available research findings gaps be filled preparation. A notable shortage of empirical was found pathways financial plans. trend emerged towards an intention retire at older age, the main source income expected superannuation. Over half expect savings sufficient; however, 30-50% anticipate decline in standard living. majority want responsibility for funding shared between individual, government employers.
