摘要: Pediococci are homofermentative, gram-positive, nonmotile, catalase-negative facultative anaerobes of the family Streptococcaceae and used in biotechnology food industries ([1][1], [2][2], [7][3]). The ecologic niche pediococci humans appears to be enteral tract ([7][3]).
