摘要: Clozapine, an atypical antipsychotic agent, has been linked to several cases of acute pancreatitis and hypertriglyceridemia. However, neither nor hypertriglyceridemia associated with clozapine yet reported in the Republic Korea. Based on recent experience, we report a case severe clozapine. A 37-year-old schizophrenic woman good physical condition presented abdominal pain onset. She had taking for 20 months control her schizophrenia. On admission, serum triglyceride level was 6,670 mg/dL. Elevated amylase lipase levels, as well computed tomography findings, were compatible pancreatitis. After discontinuing use clozapine, normalized resolved.
