摘要: Random packings are crucial in understanding arrangement and geometry of particles. dry small particles may be subject to adhesion or friction, as expected theoretically numerically. We explore experimentally random colloids with X-ray nanotomography that directly provides three-dimensional structural geometric information colloidal packings. find packings, characterized by contact number packing density, quite consistent adhesive loose significantly deviate from for hard spheres. This study offer direct evidence comprising particles, proven nanotomography.
