摘要: An electroluminescence (EL) display device with improved external light coupling efficiency and brightness that can be easily manufactured a method of manufacturing the EL are disclosed. In one embodiment, includes substrate, first electrode formed above second facing electrode, intermediate layer including luminescence disposed between electrodes, color converting on top diffraction grating layer.
