摘要: Abstract Multichannel analyses of β-energy spectra are used with advantage to enhance resolution and precision detection 14 C or 3 H isotopes at naturally occurring concentrations (low-level counting). Background reduction is achieved by asymmetric passive (graded Pb, Cu Cd) shielding active plastic scintillation guard optional flat multi-wire gas-proportional cosmic muon detector. Using Teflon/copper vials the figure merit for ca . 10,000.
