摘要: Abstract The proteins synthesized by pseudorabies virus-infected rabbit kidney cells contain more arginine but less methionine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, isoleucine, and lysine relative to leucine than the uninfected cells. This change in amino acid composition would be expected on basis of difference between base cellular DNA viral DNA. changes patterns electrophoretic migration at various stages infective process were determined. infected cells, which migrate same positions polyacrylamide gels, have different average compositions.
