摘要: Wax formation is a serious problem in the gas and oil industry because it can block production facilities transportation pipelines. It is, therefore, of great importance to have reliable tool predict wax under various operational conditions. The hydrocarbon plus fractions that comprise significant portion naturally occurring fluids create major problems when determining thermodynamic properties volumetric behavior these by equations state. In this work, an effort has been made further improve characterization fraction, splitting fraction into single carbon number (SCN) generating mole on basis relationship between three-parameter gamma distribution, experimental molar molecular weight, SCN data obtained from literature industrial contact. distribution used fit trend computational analysis. method appearance temperatures (WATs) for systems compare with some methods generated previously. average deviation calculated WAT 1.47 K system data.
