摘要: Ionic liquids are compounds that composed only of ions and liquid at room temperature. Thus, it is normally named temperature ionic (RTIL). In this study, the application RTILs to extractive fermentation biomaterials was investigated as a substitute organic solvents. The relative toxicity on growth ofE. coli tested. inhibition cell in presence various measured using solid culture, EC50 each calculated. number viable total cells by colonies optical density, respectively. Effective concentrations (EC50) these tested systems were similar with conventional solvents, such acetone, acetonitrile, ethanol. viability affected polarity properties liquids. resistance microorganisms against different cations anions composing No general influence anionic compound found comparing distinctive cationic moiety.
