摘要: Two dimensional arrival time data was obtained for the propagation of ultrasound across breasts 7 female volunteers. These profiles were extracted through use cross-correlation measurements and a simulated annealing process that maintained phase closure while aligning data. The aberration measured in two dimensions had larger magnitude than previously reported one dimension breast. A point spread function generation computer program used to demonstrate system response degrading effects usefulness current correction techniques. results indicate algorithms are necessary restore performance losses due aberration.
