摘要: The extremely complex kinetics of pumping, quenching, and absorption in krypton fluoride excimer lasers is now relatively well understood. A single comprehensive kinetic model, solved approximately by analytic means more exactly a computer code moderate size, capable simulating with great accuracy the performance KrF pumped e‐beam sustained discharge, self‐sustained discharge. We present results applications this model to interpret predict limiting behavior scaling lasers. measure remaining uncertainties discussed.
