摘要: This paper explores three main areas, firstly, website accessibility guidelines; secondly, tools and finally the implication of human factors in process implementing successful e-Government websites. It investigates issues that make a accessible importance placed on web usability with respect to briefly examines guidelines, evaluation methods analysis tools. then evaluates websites Saudi Arabia Oman by adapting ‘W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines’. Finally, it presents recommendations for improvement accessibility.
