摘要: Abstract Innovations in manufacturing technology and ongoing digitalization require the constant acquisition of new skills competencies. Especially case emerging technologies, insecurities reservations can cause challenges for implementation. Events facilitating innovation, education training, as instance hackathons or code-camps, are popular ICT sector. Learning Factories offer a prime location assets conducting education-based events. A concept event-based is developed. With an attributed collection event types it allows structured identification suitable The feasibility demonstrated with analysis hackathon game jam held at “Die Lernfabrik”. self-evaluation participants indicates positive reception knowledge improvement.
