摘要: Medical ethics could be better understood if some basic theoretical aspects of practices in health care are analysed. By discussing the underlying ethical principles that govern medical practice, student should also become familiar with notion is much more than external application socially accepted moral standards. Professions general and medicine particular have internal values command their virtuosity at same time as technical excellence. Three examples where clinical practice can clearly shown to require an analysis given: praxiology illustrates motives, means aims physicians patients; decision-making a practical syllogism reaches prescriptive conclusions based on knowledge patient's wishes/intentions. Finally, diagnostics bayesian approach discussed, patient informedly decides benefits risks further testing.
