摘要: The emergence of nanosystems for different biomedical and drug delivery applications has drawn the attention researchers worldwide. likeness microorganisms including bacteria, yeast, algae, fungi, even viruses toward metals is well-known. Higher tolerance to toxic opened up new avenues designing microbial fabricated nanomaterials. Their synthesis, characterization in bioremediation, biomineralization, as a chelating agent been well-documented reviewed. Further, these materials, due their ability get functionalized, can also be used theranostics i.e., both therapeutic well diagnostic agents single unit. Current article attempts focus particularly on application such microbially derived nanoformulations targeting agent. Besides metal-based nanoparticles, there enough evidence wherein nanoparticles have formulated using only organic component microorganisms. Enzymes, peptides, polysaccharides, polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA), poly-(amino acids) are amongst most biomolecules guiding crystal growth capping/reducing fabrication nanoparticles. This promulgated idea complete green chemistry biosynthesis nano-organics that sought after terms biocompatibility bioavailability.
